It's New York Fashion Week - Billy Reid

This week is New York Fashion Week where designers will present their collections for the Fall of 2013. Billy Reid is an American designer from Louisiana who does casual menswear and womenswear. He has a store in Atlanta on Howell Mill Rd.

Here is a distressed leather A- line skirt with a lightweight silk blouse. One can see the southern influence in his design in the skirt.
